This property has been designed for use by groups of family, friends, work colleagues or people who have got together to share a similar activity, interest or hobby.

Sleeping up to 14 persons its the ideal venue for you. 

A lovely sized kitchen/diner designed with entertaining in mind. Two reception rooms; one ideal for reading, games or just relaxing the other a fantastic TV room. This room will also accommodate guests 13 and 14 on an occasional bed. A lovely shower room next door ensures that these guests have the same facilities as those in the upstairs bedrooms.

Also on the ground floor is a laundry room containing a washer/dryer.

Upstairs there are five large en-suite bedrooms. All have king size beds which can be split into two singles. The family room has a further two single beds available. The en suite for this room has a stand alone bathe as well as a shower. The other four bedrooms have walk in showers.

Outside there is a choice of two courtyards with one ideal for al fresco eating. There is a large decking area which has a curtained gazebo to give privacy to users of the hot tub. There is also a corner outdoor suite for guests to enjoy the spectacular rural views up to Kinpurnie Tower.

As the weather cools you can toast marshmallows on the outdoor firepit.
